Logs - KarFlows

Logs are available in the KarFlows dashboard and through API endpoints. Customer logs show KarFlows delivery results without exposing upstream provider credentials or commercial configuration.

SMS logs

GET /api/sms/logs?limit=50

OTP logs

GET /api/sms/otp/logs?limit=50

Unified logs

GET /api/omni/logs?limit=50

Unified logs record every attempted channel. This is important when fallback is enabled because the final success might be SMS even if WhatsApp was tried first.

Reading SMS logs

Important fields include:

Field	Meaning
`reference`	KarFlows request reference
`provider_message_id`	Delivery-network message identifier
`status`	`sent`, `delivered`, or `failed`
`sent_at`	Network acceptance time
`delivered_at`	Final confirmed delivery time
`failed_at`	Synchronous or final failure time

The API accepts limit from 1 to 200; the default is 50.

Delivery logs are operational records. Keep your own business reference alongside the KarFlows reference returned by the send request.
