KarFlows can deliver through multiple channels.

Supported channel IDs

Fallback delivery

Fallback mode tries channels in order and stops when one is accepted with a message ID.
Recommended for order alerts, booking confirmations, and OTP cost control. If a channel is not configured or ready, KarFlows records the failed attempt and continues to the next channel.

Send to all

All mode sends to every selected channel.
Recommended only when the message must arrive in multiple places. Each successful channel can be charged separately.

WhatsApp QR sender selection

If the customer has more than one QR device, pass whatsappFrom.
KarFlows validates that the sender belongs to the same customer account.

Meta sender selection

Meta sending uses the customer’s connected WhatsApp Business account. If a template is required, include the template data requested by your KarFlows Meta API setup. Outside Meta’s customer-service conversation window, provide metaTemplateName, metaTemplateLanguage, and any required metaTemplateParams.

SMS acceptance

SMS succeeds in routing when the delivery network accepts it and returns a message ID. Final delivery is asynchronous, so a later failed delivery report does not restart fallback.
